Our Crew

Tiffany is RAMM's fearless leader and president.  She's a wife, mom, educator, and missionary.  Tiffany loves the people of Belize and her desire is to give Belizean children a hope, not just a temporal hope on this earth, but more importantly, an eternal hope in Heaven.  A natural-born leader, Tiffany guides teams throughout Belize, and manages the day-to-day affairs of RAMM when state-side.

Joe is Tiffany's right-hand man.  He helps champion fund-raising, manages RAMM's tech needs (go easy, he's learning how to develop this website), and when faced with a legal challenge, Joe serves as RAMM's in-house counsel.  A fulltime lawyer by day, Joe spends his spare time with his children and assisting Tiffany with planning trips to Belize and guiding teams when in-country.

Our volunteers are indispensable to RAMM fulfilling its mission.  They love Jesus and they don't hold anything back, whether it's raising funds for the next trip to Belize, collecting donations of medical supplies, sweets, or handmade dresses, or using their vacation time to travel to the jungles of Belize to share Jesus' love with the Belizean people.
